Tabletop Roleplaying Games
Lady Blackbird "Lady Blackbird" is a tabletop roleplaying game designed by John Harper. It is my favorite tRPG. Since discovering it, I have made a tutorial video for the game, facilitated sessions of it for my gaming friends, adapted the first scenario into a choose-your-own-adventure game using ChoiceScript (demo), and tried to make a wuxia story game on top of its design structure ("The Escort").
Storyleaves "Storyleaves" is a solo tRPG designed by Jamie Fristrom. It simplifies the story between a protagonist, an antagonist, and their interconnected relationship with a third person that matters to them. I made a javascript playaid of it to streamline my play session. You can save the htm file and tweak the card content to fit your needs. I recorded a few playtests of it.
Archipelago "Archipelago" is a "story game" designed by Matthijs Holter. It doesn't use dice and every participant (3~4) shares in the traditional Game Master's role. Randomization comes from card interpretation and storytelling suggestions from other players. I made a javascript playaid of it to help with online play.
Quill "Quill" is a solo tRPG designed by Scott Malthouse. Every story is about writing a letter to hopefully achieve the sender's goal. I made a javascript playaid of it to help me.
Our Mundane Supernatural Life "Our Mundane Supernatural Life" is a 2-player GM-less tRPG designed by the Storybrewers team. It explores a day in the mundane life of two loved ones, one of which has Supernatural qualities. I made a javascript playaid of it to help with online play.
